Web Design

Websites Built to Perform.

Premium websites designed to make your business look established, build trust and turn more visitors into enquiries and customers.

More Than a Good-Looking Website

Your website should earn
its place in your business.

A website's job is not to be admired. It is to make a business look credible, make the offer easy to understand, and guide the right visitors towards taking action.

Every Zelos site is designed around six things: credibility, user experience, conversion, mobile performance, speed and search visibility. Design decisions are made against those, not against taste alone.

Revisions

10 revisions included.

Your website includes up to 10 client-requested revisions as part of the project. After those revisions have been used, additional changes are billed at £100/hour based on the time required.

Included

10 revisions

A revision request is one clearly defined change to the agreed website after the initial design and build has been presented — changing text, swapping an image, adjusting colours or spacing, changing button wording, or moving and modifying an existing section.

After that

£100/hour

Once the 10 included revisions have been used, further client-requested changes are charged at £100 per hour. You are only billed for the time reasonably spent making the changes you have asked for.

Always free

Bugs & errors

Bugs, broken functionality and genuine implementation errors on our side are fixed at no additional charge and do not use your revision allowance — a form not working as agreed, layout or responsive problems caused by our build, buttons or links not functioning, or content implemented differently from the approved specification.

New pages, new functionality, a major redesign or anything outside the agreed project scope may require a separate quote rather than being treated as a standard revision. Changes arising from a third-party service, or from work carried out by the client or another developer, are assessed and quoted on their own terms.

Starting a New Business?

Build the foundation properly.

If you are starting from scratch, a website alone rarely gets found. The Launch Package pairs the same website build with ongoing SEO, so the site starts earning visibility from the moment it goes live.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

How long does a website take?

It depends on scope and on how quickly content and feedback come back. A straightforward business site is normally completed within an agreed project timeline, which we set at the start rather than guess at. Larger or more complex builds take longer, and we say so up front.

How many changes can I make?

Every standard website project includes 10 client-requested revision requests at no additional charge. One revision request covers one clearly defined change — new text, a swapped image, a colour or spacing adjustment, different button wording, or moving an existing section.

Once those 10 have been used, further client-requested changes are billed at £100 per hour, for the time actually spent on them.

Bugs, broken functionality and genuine implementation errors on our side are always fixed free of charge and never count towards your allowance. New pages, new functionality or a major redesign sit outside a standard revision and are quoted separately.

Do I own the website?

Ownership and transfer are set out in the client agreement for your project, and we confirm them in writing before work begins. If ownership matters to you — and it should — raise it during the first conversation and we will put the terms in front of you.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. A good deal of our work is for businesses that already have a site but need stronger design, a clearer structure or a better conversion experience. We will tell you honestly whether a redesign or a rebuild is the better route.

Is hosting included?

Not by default. Hosting requirements depend on the project — some clients already have hosting they want to keep, others want it arranged for them. We discuss it during the project and agree it clearly before launch, so there are no surprises on the day you go live.

Is SEO included?

Web Design includes SEO foundations — page structure, titles, metadata, headings and technical groundwork. Ongoing SEO is a separate service, and is also part of the Launch and Complete Growth System packages. Foundations help you get found; ongoing work is what compounds.

Can you build ecommerce websites?

Ecommerce and other complex functionality are quoted separately, based on what you actually need. The £750 starting price covers a straightforward business website; an online store is a different piece of work and is priced as one.
