Search Engine Optimisation

Be Found When
It Matters.

SEO designed to improve your visibility when potential customers are already searching for the services your business provides.

Long-Term Visibility

Your customers are
already searching.

Paid advertising puts your business in front of people. SEO helps your business appear when people are already looking.

Zelos combines technical improvements, search intent and strong website structure to build sustainable organic visibility over time — making it easier for search engines to understand the business, and easier for searchers to find what they came for.

Who It’s For

Built for businesses
that want to be discovered.

Local Businesses

Businesses that want to appear more prominently when people search for their services nearby.

Established Businesses

Companies with an existing website that is underperforming in organic search.

Service Businesses

Businesses where searchers often have strong commercial intent and are actively looking for a provider.

Growing Brands

Businesses building a longer-term acquisition channel alongside paid advertising and referrals.

SEO works best when a business has a clear offer, a useful website and enough time to build authority and relevance. It is an ongoing process rather than an instant traffic source.

What’s Included

SEO built from the
foundations up.

SEO Audit

Review the website for technical, structural and on-page issues that may affect search visibility.

Keyword Research

Identify relevant searches based on customer intent, services, location and commercial opportunity.

Search Intent Analysis

Understand what people are actually looking for behind important search terms, and align pages accordingly.

On-Page SEO

Optimise page titles, headings, copy structure, internal linking and other on-page signals.

Technical SEO

Work on crawlability, indexing, site structure, page performance, mobile usability, metadata and canonicalisation where appropriate.

Local SEO

Improve local search visibility where relevant through location-focused optimisation and appropriate local signals.

Google Business Profile

Where the business is eligible and has a profile, help optimise relevant business information and local-search foundations.

Internal Linking

Improve connections between relevant pages so users and search engines can navigate the site’s content more effectively.

Content Optimisation

Recommend and improve existing page content to better match search intent while remaining natural and useful to customers.

Structured Data

Implement appropriate schema and structured data where useful and technically suitable.

Search Performance Monitoring

Monitor relevant search visibility, indexing and performance information using available tools.

Ongoing Optimisation

Use search data, website changes and market opportunities to continually improve the SEO strategy.

A note on what is in anyone’s control. Search engines decide what they crawl, index and rank. Our work is to remove the obstacles, strengthen the signals and make the site genuinely more relevant — not to control the outcome. Structured data is implemented where suitable, but rich results are never guaranteed.

What We Analyse

Search data with
commercial context.

Visibility only counts if it reaches people who might buy. We agree which of these matter for your business, and report against those.

Search Visibility

How visible relevant pages are for searches connected to the business.

Organic Traffic

How users reach the website through unpaid search results.

Search Queries

Which searches are generating impressions and visits.

Click-Through Rate

How often search visibility turns into actual website visits.

Landing Pages

Which pages attract organic visitors, and how those pages perform.

Conversions

Where tracking allows, whether organic visitors become enquiries, bookings or customers.

Local Visibility

Where relevant, how effectively the business appears for searches with local intent.

Technical Health

Indexing, crawlability, page issues and other technical factors that can influence organic performance.

The Process

Research. Improve.
Measure. Build.

  1. Understand

Review the business, services, customers, competitors and current search presence.

  2. Audit & Research

Analyse the website, technical health, keywords and search opportunities.

  3. Optimise

Implement agreed technical, structural and on-page improvements.

  4. Monitor & Improve

Use search performance data to identify further opportunities and keep improving.

SEO is cumulative. Search engines need time to discover, process and evaluate changes, so meaningful organic growth should be treated as a long-term strategy rather than an immediate result.

Pricing

SEO Management

The £350 starting price is designed for straightforward local and small-business SEO campaigns. More competitive markets, larger websites, multi-location businesses and broader campaigns may require a custom monthly scope and quote.

SEO Management

From£350/mo

Rolling monthly

Starting price. Competitive markets and larger sites are quoted individually.

The base scope covers what a straightforward local or small-business campaign needs to build proper foundations.

  • Initial SEO audit
  • Keyword research
  • Technical SEO improvements
  • On-page optimisation
  • Local SEO where relevant
  • Internal-linking improvements
  • Ongoing optimisation
  • Search-performance monitoring
  • Monthly reporting
Start Growing Organically

Quoted separately

  • Highly competitive national markets
  • Large or multi-location websites
  • Ecommerce catalogues at scale
  • Substantial new content production
  • Off-page and digital PR campaigns

We would rather scope the work honestly than stretch a starting package over a campaign it was never designed for. If your market needs more, we will say so and price it properly.

Built For The Long Term

SEO compounds. It doesn’t switch on overnight.

Rankings fluctuate. Search engines control their own algorithms and change them regularly. Your competitors are improving too. Changes take time to be crawled and evaluated, and results vary by industry, location, website history and competition.

What we will and won’t say

No responsible SEO provider can guarantee a specific ranking or exact timeline. Zelos focuses on building stronger technical foundations, better relevance and consistent improvement over time.

What you will get is a clear picture of what changed, what it affected and what we are doing next — reported honestly, including the months where the data is flat.

Local SEO

Be visible where your
customers are searching.

For businesses serving a defined area, local search is often where the highest-intent customers are — people looking for a provider nearby, right now.

Location Relevance

Make it clear to search engines where the business operates and who it serves.

Service-Area Optimisation

Structure the site around the areas you actually cover rather than a vague radius.

Google Business Profile

Where the business is eligible, help optimise profile information and local-search foundations.

Consistent Information

Keep name, address, contact and service details consistent across the places that matter.

Location & Service Pages

Give each meaningful service and area a page worth ranking, not a thin duplicate.

Local Search Intent

Match pages to how local customers actually phrase what they are looking for.

Reviews and eligibility. We can advise on a sensible approach to asking genuine customers for reviews. We do not write, buy or fabricate them. Businesses must meet Google’s own eligibility and profile guidelines, and map-pack placement is decided by Google — never something we can promise.

What We Need From You

Good SEO starts with
understanding the business.

You provide

  • Accurate business information
  • Your services or products
  • Target locations
  • Your ideal customers
  • Website or CMS access where required
  • Search Console access where available
  • Google Business Profile access where relevant
  • Analytics access where relevant
  • Timely approval of significant website or content changes
  • Notice of changes to services, locations or offers

Zelos provides

  • Audit and research
  • Keyword and intent strategy
  • Technical improvements
  • On-page optimisation
  • Local SEO where relevant
  • Monitoring and reporting

We will guide you through granting the right account access during onboarding — you never have to work it out alone, and you never have to hand over a password.

Secure account access

You stay in control of your accounts.

You should never need to send Zelos your personal Google password. Where access is required to tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics or Google Business Profile, access can be granted through Google’s own user and manager permission systems — so the accounts stay yours.

  • You retain ownership and control of your accounts and data.
  • Zelos only requests the permissions required for the agreed work.
  • Permissions can be reviewed or removed by you at any time.
  • You may need to complete Google’s own authentication or verification steps.

Access we may request

  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Business Profile
  • Website or CMS access for on-site changes

Requested at the permission level needed for the work — no more — and revocable by you whenever you choose.

Scope, Honestly

What sits inside £350,
and what doesn’t.

Content expectations

SEO often needs the content itself to improve. We may recommend:

  • Rewriting existing pages
  • Expanding thin service pages
  • Creating new service or location pages
  • Adding FAQs
  • Useful informational content

Large-scale copywriting, ongoing blog production, photography and other substantial content production are not automatically included in the £350 starting package unless agreed as part of the scope.

What about backlinks?

Off-page authority can matter in competitive search markets. But backlink campaigns, digital PR and paid third-party placements are not automatically included in the £350 starting package. If off-page work is recommended, the approach and any additional cost are agreed separately.

What we will not do, at any price: bulk backlinks, guaranteed-link packages, spammy directory submissions, or paid links dressed up as organic endorsements. They put your site at risk, and the risk lands on you rather than on us.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

How long does SEO take?

There is no universal timeline, and anyone quoting one is guessing. It depends on how competitive your market is, your website’s history and technical condition, your location, and the scale of the work. A local service business with a healthy site moves differently from a national brand starting from a technical mess. We will give you a realistic view for your situation after the audit — not before.

Can you guarantee first place on Google?

No. No responsible SEO provider can guarantee a specific Google ranking. Search results are controlled by Google and influenced by many factors outside any agency’s direct control. Zelos focuses on improving the factors we can influence — technical foundations, relevance, structure and content quality.

What is included in £350/month?

The base scope covers an initial SEO audit, keyword research, technical SEO improvements, on-page optimisation, local SEO where relevant, internal-linking improvements, ongoing optimisation, search-performance monitoring and monthly reporting.

£350 is a starting price for straightforward local and small-business campaigns. Competitive markets, larger or multi-location websites and broader campaigns are scoped and quoted individually.

Do you write content?

Content optimisation is included where agreed — improving existing pages so they match search intent properly. Substantial new content production, such as large-scale copywriting or ongoing blog work, needs additional scope and a separate quote. We will always tell you when content is the limiting factor rather than quietly working around it.

Do you build backlinks?

Backlink campaigns, digital PR and paid third-party placements are not automatically included in the £350 starting package. Where off-page work is genuinely recommended, we agree the approach and any additional cost separately. We do not use bulk link packages, guaranteed-link services or spammy directory submissions — the short-term gain is not worth the risk to your site.

Do I need a Google Business Profile?

Not necessarily. SEO can be carried out without one. It is particularly useful for eligible local businesses, where it can be a significant part of local visibility — but eligibility is set by Google, not by us, and not every business qualifies.

Do I need to give you my Google password?

No. Access to tools such as Search Console, Analytics and Google Business Profile is granted through Google’s own user and manager permissions, so your accounts stay yours and you can remove access at any time. We will walk you through granting exactly what is needed during onboarding.

Is SEO better than Meta Ads?

Neither is universally better — they do different jobs. SEO builds longer-term organic visibility that keeps working after the work is done. Meta Ads buy distribution and give faster campaign feedback, but stop when the budget stops. The right mix depends on your margins, timescale and how urgently you need enquiries. Plenty of businesses are best served by both, which is why the Growth Package exists.

Can I cancel SEO at any time?

Contract length, notice periods and cancellation arrangements are set out clearly in the client agreement, and confirmed in writing before any work begins. If those terms matter to you — and they should — raise them in the first conversation and we will put them in front of you rather than leave you to find out later.
